A valid photo ID from your guarantor is required with application forms.
You may request to be your own guarantor if you can prove that you gross three times the monthly
required rent after taxes.
Anyone of legal age that grosses three times the monthly rent after taxes is eligible to be your guarantor.
Typically the majority of our tenants use a parent or guardian as their guarantor.
The guarantor screening and resident background check can take three to seven days to complete.

We need all original lease paperwork returned to our office. You can either return it to our office in person
or mail to the address listed below.

You are welcome to return these documents via fax or email, but we must have the originals in our
possession prior to allowing you occupancy.
Please include a copy of your state issued Driver’s License or Identification Card that shows your Date of
Birth.
The completed Guarantor Form must be accompanied by a copy of the Guarantor’s state issued Driver’s
License or Identification Card if it is not notarized.
You are only eligible for the One Month Lease Concession if you sign for the 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom floor
plans. Not eligible for the 2 bedroom floor plan.
