What hours are the office open?

The leasing office for West Run is currently open from 9 a.m. – 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. From 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Where are the West Run Apartments located?

Our property is conveniently located to the downtown campus.  Just a mile from campus, we can be reached by taking Stewart, cross 705 and turn right on West Run. The apartments and clubhouse will be on your left. Along with the construction of the apartments, improvements to the roads leading to the property will be made.

Fully furnished apartments are available in 2, 3 or 4 bedroom configurations. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in closet, and the apartment has a full kitchen and living room.

What does “fully furnished” mean?

West Run provides the following modern NEW furniture in each bedroom: bed, mattress, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The living/dining room will have the following modern NEW furniture/fixtures: refrigerator, sink, cabinets and counters, oven/range, table with four chairs, sofa, side chair, end table and coffee table.

What is an individual lease?

West Run apartment leases are for each person in an apartment, not the apartment as a whole. This means you don’t have to worry about being held responsible for one of your roommate’s rent if they don’t pay.

If I don’t have an apartment mate or mates in mind, what happens?

Don’t worry, you aren’t the only one who may not have an apartment mate in mind. At West Run, we have a system for matching students together on various personality traits and interests. We’ll do the work to find you someone to live with.

What size are the beds?

The beds at West Run are full-size beds. You’ll want to plan your accessories accordingly.

Where are the laundry facilities?

Each apartment has its own full-size washer and dryer! You no longer have to cart your laundry to a common area laundry or worry about paying for each cycle.

Are Pets allowed?

Is there transportation?

YES, there is a free shuttle that runs from the property to the downtown campus.  There are extended hours so there is never a need to drive.
